Minister Avcı told the guests at the certificate presentation ceremony that until now 310 instructors have been trained through the Turkey-Kazakhstan 4th Vocational and Technical Instructors Training Project which was started in 2012.

 
Deep historical ties between Turkey and Kazakhstan

Minister Avcı said the Project which was started by the Ministry of National Education with the support t of the Turkish Cooperation and Development Agency (TİKA) upon a request by the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan “is the best concrete example of the deep historical ties that exist between Turkey and Kazakhstan. I hope this project will contribute to create more momentum in the economic, scientific and cultural ties between our two countries.”

Pointing out that as the ceremony is being held in Turkey as a good coincidence President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is currently visiting Kazakhstan on a state visit adding “As His Excellency the President is busy enhancing Turkish-Kazakh relations we are sending our salutations to him from this ceremony. This visit will help further develop areas of cooperation between the two countries. I thank everyone who has had a role in starting and executing this project. After his speech Minister Avcı presented the certificates to the Kazakh instructors and said Turkey invites them to come back in the future along with their students.
